Post entries are accepted after the closing date through September 21 at the discretion of the organizer and will include a $50 late fee.
There is a $25 nonrefundable office fee per entry included in the above fees.
Refund policy
Refunds will be given for cancellations received in writing or email prior to closing date less $25 office fee. Refunds will be given after closing date, less $30 office fee if the ride times can be filled from the waiting list. Refunds after the closing date due to injury of horse or rider: Rider/Owner MUST notify the secretary in writing or email prior to the competition and MUST provide doctor/veterinary note specifically indicating rider/horse are not physically able to compete at the competition (refunds as follows: ST $75 BN $100, N $115, T $130, M $150, P $170, I $190). Refunds for stabling will be given regardless less $25 per day/night. No refunds will be given after closing date or “acts of God” which require the management to cancel divisions or day of competition. USEA Starter/D&M Fees and COVID-19 Recovery Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($25) and COVID-19 Recovery fee ($5) are not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries
Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries not accepted. USEA membership (Full, Junior, Life) and horse registration (Limited, Full) required at all levels except Starter. Starter is exempt from USEA membership/horse registration and the USEA Starter/D&M and COVID-19 Recovery fees do not apply. Post entries accepted after the closing date through September 23 at the discretion of the organizer and will include a $50 late fee. Non-competing horses must pay a $45 fee (include HP haul in fee), sign in at the office and wear an assigned number while on the Horse Park grounds. No changes to entry after closing dates unless allowed by secretary, but absolutely no changes will be accepted after September 23. Each change will cost $30. Include email address on entry. Horses from out of state must have a current Health Certificate.

Reminder
All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at usef.org.

Awards: Trophy and 8 ribbons per division.
Stabling/Veterinarian
275 10×10 permanent stalls on grounds; $65 per night; Day Stalls available $55/ea. Stall doors provided. Stall Deposit: Send a separate check for $50 (check only for stall deposit, please). Do NOT include with online entry fees. Check will be destroyed if stall is stripped. Bedding available for purchase. NO STRAW ALLOWED. Additional information from secretary. Veterinarian: Foundation Equine (609) 291-0535. Vet will be on call during off hours; number posted at secretary stand; On grounds during event. Farrier on grounds during event.

Dressage
Arenas: Small rings will be used, except for Intermediate. Dressage rings are all weather footing composed of sand & screenings. I–2022 USEF Intermediate Test A. P-2022 USEF Preliminary Test B. Cross-Country
Starter – 800m @ 275mpm. BN-1900m @ 350mpm. N-2100m @ 400mpm. T-2500m @450mpm. M-2500m @ 490mpm, P-3000m @ 520mpm. I-3200m @550mpm. Terrain: Rolling, great footing; Water complex for all levels! BN, N, T Average difficulty for horses with some experience at these levels. Intermediate is a move-up course. Cross-country course closed, except for scheduled schooling days – check ESDCTA.org for these dates.

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
