ESDCTA's NJ Horse Trials is a great stop on your fall eventing schedule. In late September, it's the perfect time to be eventing, and the footing and weather at the Horse Park of New Jersey could not be better!

Cross-country course closed, except for scheduled schooling days – check our website for these dates.
Divisions will be divided or combined as entries warrant. State experience on entry.
Dogs must be leashed or preferably left at home.
Food available on grounds.
Secretary can be reached during show at 609-259-1881.
TIP (Thoroughbred Incentive Program) awards for best placing registered Thoroughbred in each division; be sure to have the horse registered with TIP. Please include the TIP number on your entry.

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
