The show office will be open from 1 pm – 5 pm on Friday, and will reopen at 7 am Saturday morning.  The show office is in the aisle by the Rotunda,
near the USET offices.  Remember, put USET Foundation in your GPS Search NOT Gladstone, as that will often take you to the wrong entrance. (USET Foundation, 1040 Pottersville Rd, Gladstone, NJ 07934)

The awards ceremonies will commence in the arena at the lunch break (weather permitting) for all morning classes, and after the show’s end (approx 5:20) for the divisions in the afternoon.  Listen for announcements as we call divisions up for awards. We will post the order of Awards at the show office. Please show up dressed in show attire and mounted (if possible) for the awards ceremony.  If you cannot do this, please let Lisa Toaldo, the show manager know.

If you are in the open schooling show, come to the show office to pick up your tests and ribbons.

Sound checks will be done at 7:30 AM or at the 10:17 or 10:54 morning breaks.  Please email your music to me if you have it digitally, or bring CDs or a flash drive to the show office when you check in.

All horses coming onto the USET property must have proof of inoculations, specifically Flu/Rhino.
ALL horses STABLING must have a health certificate or a letter of health from their vet.
THE GATE is controlled by the golf course, and we have requested that the gate be opened by 5 AM.

ALL PARKING, INCLUDING CARS, TRUCKS, TRAILERS, ETC, MUST BE IN NORTH FIELD.
There is ABSOLUTELY NO parking in the fire lanes or near the barn.
PLEASE do not run over the cones or No Parking signs.
For those stabling, there are no shavings available at the show – BRING YOUR OWN SHAVINGS.
Also, a MUCK FEE DEPOSIT (CHECKS PREFERRED) will be collected on all stalls.  This check will be shredded if you strip and sweep your stall prior to departure.
When you unload for stabling, please follow the rules set by USET below:
RULES of the USET Foundation Stables:
No tape, staples, nails, or fasteners of any kind in or around the stalls (including the wood and metal).
No metal pitchforks or racks to be used in the stalls – USET has provided plastic tools.
No lunging in the Indoor or the Main Arena – lunging permitted in the warm-up in the North Field.
No horses in the Rotunda are (near the main office door)
All manure should be picked up in the arenas.
Please pick your horse’s feet before entering the barns.
15 minute unloading, then please move all trailers to the North Field.
     (unload, move trailer, THEN unpack and setup/sort out)
Stalls need to be cleaned and broom swept upon leaving

Biosecurity Protocol

All horses must follow USET Biosecurity Protocol (we are following USEF Rule GR844) . Please make sure this is communicated in advance to all of your participants: All horses entering the USET Foundation grounds must be accompanied by the following:

  • Documentation of Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus (Rhinopneumonitis) vaccinations within six months prior to entering the stables. THIS IS MANDATORY FOR EVERY HORSE ENTRY AND THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS! Horses not in compliance with this will be required to leave the grounds upon request of the USET Foundation.
  • Statement of Health, signed by a licensed veterinarian within 7 days of arrival at USET Foundation property.
  • Current negative EIA (Coggins) Test.
  • Current vaccinations against WNV, EEE, WEE, Tetanus and Rabies are strongly recommended.
  • It is required that all riders document in writing their horses temperatures for 72 hours PRIOR to arrival at the USET Foundation Stable. Please do NOT ship horses with elevated temperatures.
  • It is required that written temperature logs be kept on a daily basis (2x’s per day) for all horses stabled at the USET Foundation for the duration of their stay.
  • Any horse on the grounds with a fever of unknown origin must be reported immediately to Maureen Pethick at the USET Foundation 908-234-1251 ext 207.
