$10 incomplete entry fee (for mailed entries without membership card verification or non-member fees.)

GAIG: If entering as GAIG qualifying, please so indicate on your entry form. Include with your entry the $10 Qualifying fee and copies of Rider USDF PM Membership and USEF membership / Owner PM or BM USDF membership and USEF membership / Horse USEF Lifetime or Annual Recording and USDF Lifetime registration. BLM: Results of applicable classes can be used to qualify horse/rider combinations for the 2016 CBLM Finals. Riders must be a member of a participating GMO. Complete info: www.cblm.org

AWARDS: Ribbons will be awarded 1-6 places.   STABLING: 46 permanent 12×12 stalls with full doors are available. No bedding is included with stall fees.  NO TACK STALLS> Competitors can pre-order shavings directly from Somerset Feed and Grain. www.somersetgrain.com  908-766-0204.

DELIVERY: Initial bedding delivery will be by noon on Monday July 23, Additional supplies can be ordered and will be delivered by 12 noon on Tuesday July 24

ALL STALLS MUST BE STRIPPED OF BEDDING AT THE END OF THE SHOW

TIMES/STABLING: Stabling assignments will be posted on website at least one week prior to show. Preliminary ride times will be available about a week before the show online and on the ESDCTA website, but FINALIZED ride times will be posted both at the show secretary’s office AND on the fox village website (www.foxvillage.com) 24 hours before the show day. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK RIDE TIMES 24 HOURS BEFORE THE SHOW DAY as ride times may be adjusted slightly due to changes closer to show day.

ARRIVAL: Competitors may arrive for show check in and schooling by noon on  Monday July 23, Stabled horses should arrive prior to 5:30pm. Competitors who cannot arrive by 5:30pm should contact   Shannon Bossung / 703-431-5663 to arrange for late arrival.

OTHER:

  • Payment by check should be made payable to ESDCTA, INC.
  • On line entries can be made at www.eqentries.com VISA / MC /check
  • All entry forms must have all required signatures and include emergency contact info.
  • All entries must include a negative Coggins dates within 12 months of the show date and adhere to USET Biosecurity, includes ship-ins.
  • Refunds: Withdrawals prior to closing: Full refunds, minus the $30 office fee.

After closing: Partial refunds will be given, minus the $30 office fee, if ride times can be filled from a waiting list and on stabling if the stall can be re-rented. USEF drug fees/USDF fees and Qualifying fees will be refunded to competitors who withdraw.  No refunds after closing for “acts of god” requiring cancelation of classes or the entire competition.

  • All horses traveling into NJ from another state must have a Certificate of Health dated within 30 days of the competition and also comply with the current USET Bio Security & Vaccination protocol.
  • USET has specific health certificate and vaccination requirements for horses brought onto their grounds. Please check esdcta.org or USET Foundation website www.uset.org  to find the current forms and requirements for horses to be brought onto the grounds for the show.
  • All dogs must be leashed at all times
  • Food will be available on grounds
  • Management reserves the right to combine / divide / cancel any class.
  • A competitor who is a “no show’ for one class will be considered a “no show” for the remainder of the competition. Management reserves the right to fill the remaining ride times of said competitor. A “no show” competitor forfeits all fees for missed classes including USEF drug fees/ USDF fees and Qualify fees.
  • MFS rides: Sound check times will be posted in the show office or emailed to competitors if the MFS classes are scheduled prior to the lunch break on the first day of the show
  • ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING OF ANY VEHICLE NEAR OR BEHIND THE MAIN BUILDING, PARKING ONLY IN THE NORTH FIELD, VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED AT OWNERS EXPENSE, THIS IS A FIRE  DEPARTMENT LAW
  • All entries MUST submit USEF and USDF documents for rider, owner, trainer and horse as appropriate for entry, non-refundable office fee, a negative Coggins dated within 12 months of show, and If not stabling, haul-in fee must be paid per horse per day. Please include USEF non-member fee or any other membership/horse registration fee(s) if applicable. All entry forms must have three signatures including emergency info. Make checks payable to ESDCTA, Inc. ESDCTA’s Volunteer Bucks cannot be used for any part of show fees. Do not send entries registered or signature required, as you will receive entry confirmation via email or by providing a SASE.

FOOTING: Sand and fiber combination. Competition arenas will be 20x60m or 20x40m as per needed by class level
